Axel Capurro is a musician, singer and music producer who focuses on versatility and quality. Born and raised in Milan (ITA), during his career has spanned many genres, from Hard Rock and Metal to Orchestral, Acoustic, Electronic, and hybrids of all of the above. From the studio as recording engineer and vocal coach, to stages of all Europe as professional touring singer and percussionist, he made of music his life since 2009.

 

Mainly known as the lead singer and guitarist of the multi-faceted alternative metal band ANEWRAGE for eleven years (2009-2020), he had the chance to grow as performing artist and producer, taking care of every step of the creative and technical process of making professional music with plenty of bands and artists, from start to finish. 

His skillset includes songwriting, arranging, producing; vocals, guitars, bass, drums and percussions; recording, editing, mixing; performing live and vocal coaching.

 

Currently living in Bogotà (COL), he’s working on musical projects with local visual artists and developing game soundtracks (Thin Red Line) and keeping in touch and still remote working with Italian colleagues (Marco Barusso, Matteo Magni, Simone Carbone).
